Trigger shot
Hi doctors. Please give your valuable opinion on the following. I was on Letroz this cycle. I'm on day 12. Tvs scan report: Right follicle: 19*18, Left follicle: 17*17mm, ET: Trilaminar and 9mm. I was given the HCG 10000 shot today. Has the shot been given at the right time or is it early? Last time i was given the shot only when the follicle reached 22mm on day 13. Hence asking.

It's okay to get the shot and time IUI or timed intercourse. Since there are 2 follicles, chances are there that they might rupture early and then IUI timing will be difficult. Ovulation occurs after 36 hrs of the shot of HCG
