Tretiva 20 for sebbroheic dermatitis
I have been prescribed Tretiva 20 for sebbroheic dermatitis but it is causing dryness of mouth , lips and face and also it's causing Acne and pimples I have been taking since 15 Days ,so whether I should stop or continue.

Stop.. alternate safe medicine available...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Dryness of mouth and lips is understandable. It's a minor side effect. Use a good moisturiser for that. Continue as per your doctor's advice. If you're seeking a second opinion, consult online for the same
