Tremors when I'm nervous
I'm 20, college student and my problem is when I'm doing an activity in our class room my hands and legs are begin to shaky. Even I'm going to relax my self still I'm shaky but after I do the activity my shaky is done. What How I'm going to do. Please help me. It so embarrassing What lm going to do in everyday what food should I take? To stop my shaky hands and legs. Thank you and God bless
