Tremor (shaky hand/finger) Reaction. )

I am suffering from tremor since more than 2 years. I have consulted with a Doctor before 6 months ago. He suggested me to take inderal 10 and eliwel 10. With the help of these medicines, the problem is less. But when I stop the medication, felt the problem is increasing. I am only 22 years old and I facing problems with typing, holding a cup of tea etc. I think the beta blocker is not working effectively cause of i have asthma (not sure about the disease, cough in the morning time, nose blocked, mouth breathing). Kindly give me some advice and medicine's name instead of inderal 10 and eliwel 10. I do not have the habit of smoking or drinking.( I have tried once or two times, if I smoke , easily face with spinning head and I have drunk two bottles of beer once, felt normal comparing with my friends, less reaction.)
