Hello recently on Monday I found that I am suffering from scabies and medicine I'm taking in Ivermectin once a week and Permethrin cream but still I'm having small pimples on hand and itching on back and hand... It's possible you haven't completed the entire course of the treatment. Aldo for effective treatment, some general instructions to follow are, everybody in the house has go be treated. All bedsheets, clothes have to be washed in hot water.
