No...there is no added risk of cancer. Symptoms of piles can be controlled with high fiber diet,plentiful water,change in eating habits,having fruits,papaya,raw veggies,seitz bath in lukewarm water,anti inflammatory like ibuprofen and laxatives. Surgical excision is the last option
