Treatment for cervix
Hi I had natural conception with twins in 2022 & ended up in preterm delivery at 27 weeks inspite of vagina cerclage so babies didn't survive now I am pregnant again is there any Ayurvedic treatment to improve cervix or make it strong so that it will help me progress till end ? Honest reply would be helpful

Balvardhak chikitsa(strength enhancing treatment) is recommended in case of weak cervix.
But it is recommended before the onset of pregnancy as many aushadhs might be contraindicated during pregnancy.
