Treatment for Bertholin cyst

Asked for Female, 37 Years

I have a Bertholin cyst for the past 3-4 days. I am doing sitz bath and been taking anti biotics as well but nothing is working for the swelling and pain to come down. It is getting difficult for me to do regular chores and walking or even standing. Please advise any other medicine or treatment and how to avoid it in the future.
