Hello doctor. My father has turned 50 this year. So he got some tests done to check his heart health. (Echo, treadmill test, lipid profile, FBS, KFT, LFT)
All his tests were normal.
His treadmill test was "negative for exercise induced reversible ischemia".
So how often should this test be done to assess heart health? Should be get this done every year?

Treadmill Test is on as required basis. It is done when the patient has symptoms suggestive of Cardiac Ischemia but his ECG is normal.
For other tests , at the age of 50 years, the tests should be done once a year.
