Sometimes in some patients, even they are alcoholic, they will not suffer from any liver or kidney issues, just because of their body's mechanism/ heredity/ lifestyle/body's response.
Its all about how patient's body react on alcohol.
Example for =
Thin person is eating a lot, still they are thin.
Fatty person is eating only 1 chapati but still they are obese.
As per my knowledge, no/minimal hospital put offers on transplant procedures, just because, the decision of the transplant is always upon patient and their family only.
If you heard something which i dont know, it can be a discount for relief patient burden.
Or may be there is some misunderstanding.
