Transent papillae tip of tongue

I fell my tip of tongue rough and raw 5months.i have no pain no swalling. I meet many ent dr. they give me multivitamin. Ifell like hair or fibre on my tongue. Tongue shape size is normal.always in the morning tongue is normal. 😭😭 plz hlp me
