hi you need to find out the cause why your heart beat is increasing day by day , there are many reasons but seeing your age it could be due to some stress ..so you should consult a physician first . And also reduce salt intake in your diet .

You must go for investigations for tachycardia. It is not normal. Symptoms may be related to tachycardia. ECG is must initially. Consult some Cardiologist.
