Traces of blood in spit after waking up
It's been 2-3 days I've been noticing this, it's only after waking up and normal throughout the day. My gums bleed when I brush my teeth, this is happening since 3-4 weeks. I have slight irritation in my throat. I'm a non-smoker.

Dear practo user Modify diet. Add more vitamin C and D. Apply Stolin gum paint over the gums thrice daily.

Soft bristled brush.carefully not to brush over gums. Stolin R, toothpaste. Mouthwash: hexidine, once in every 2-3 days.after food.
