Im having whitish coating on my tounge from last month...i left tobacoo 3 months back...im done with ENT,DENTIST,ORAL MEDCNE last month...tounge pain too...from last week i noticed small painless pimple like bumps below and side my tounge and flore of mouth...plz see pic plz help
