Tounge and throat problem

I left tobacoo 3 months back...from last month im having problem with tounge and thorat...whitish tounge and thorat pain...tounge pain also sometimes tingling too...im done with ENT,DENTIST,ORAL MEDCNE, evrything is okk...but from last week im having tingling tounge and pain...thorat pain too...i noticed painless small lumps below and flore of mouth and redneess near tonsil...from yesterday slight ear pain too...plz see pic plz help im worried...
