Tounge and thorat pain

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I left tobacoo 3 months back...from last month im having problem with my tounge and thorat...im having whitish coating on my tounge and pain from last month...thorat pain too...got check up with ENT,DENTIST and oral pathalogyst...they said nothing about it...from 3 days below tounge ( flore of mouth and side) i noticed small red lumps on tounge...tingling also...plz help me im worried...
