Hello, I can understand the distress and anguish within you because of the life difficulties that you have been facing. However it is important for you to consider that the recent change in your emotional and behavioral state are likely to be related to a possible depressive episode. Such a depressive episode could be contributed by inability to conceive, negative emotional state and thoughts related to inability to conceive, use of anti tb medication, and perceived lack if support around you. My strong suggestion for you is that please seek a consultation with a psychiatrist near you for comprehensive assessment of your current mental health, and other related factors. The psychiatrist after a thorough evaluation can either rule in or rule out a mental health ailment. Thereafter management in form if medication and/or a psychological intervention can be done. Please be assured that if at all depressive episode is diagnosed for you, treatment can take care of your distress and mood state, and help you get better. Please do not lose hope and be assured that a mental health professional can help your current condition. Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future.
Next Steps

Its normal to be frustrated, depressed and shouting on others if a female has problem in having children. If your in-laws family and your husband understand your problem then you should be with them. Avoiding people and situations won't help. Consult to your gynecology doctor for best possible options to become a mother, and if it is not possible then you can adopt a child after getting everyone on the same page. But do not blame yourself anymore.
Next Steps
consult psychiatrist or psychologist for counseling.
