Hello doctor. My doctor told me test my total testosterone levels two months ago and told me to repeat the test two months later. My previous test result showing my testosterone level is 24.70 ng/ml and reference value for normal range showing 6-82 ng/ml but my current level is 0.67 ng/ml and reference value 0-1.0 ng/ml. I'm attaching both the test result. I'm confused. What is this difference is all about?

Earlier the reference was for males . The present reference for biological value is correct. Earlier your levels were in the range of males now your levels are fine
