Hi This is ct scan..dont see eye exam..if there is vision or any issue in that .. Of course, things can get better ..but you will need an Institutional approach as occuloplastic and neurosurgeon can work together if needed ... Also if it is only cosmetic procedure or eye is viable...these things need to be seen .
