Torn meniscus
So I had acl and meniscus surgery in August and in December I slipped and fell and my knee isn’t swollen but it bent all the way back it hurt for a couple of days and it’s been a couple weeks I went back to the gym I know it’s not my acl but how can I tell if I tore my meniscus I feel minor pains but nothing to serious I don’t have health insurance I can jog and jump but I do feel something slightly weird in my knee

Meniscus tear.will cause mechanical symptoms such as locking or foreign body sensation.
