Please consult a pediatric dentist. You can use Cheeriogel toothpaste. Put a very small amount on your finger and apply using ginger glove

Kidodent is recommended for above 2 years of age. You can use small pea size toothpaste on your finger and apply it on the teeth and gums . Then rinse it with water.
