Hello mam....upper teeth has a cavity which requires RCT and thereafter capping is required. This is the best permanent treatment.
Gargle with warm saline water daily after meal.
Avoid sticky/ chewy food.
For temporary relief use Zerodol SP twice daily after meal for 5 days.
There is a clear cavity in upper molar tooth, I would like to know whether u have pain in lower teeth as well or not
For now take the medication prescribed.
Rx
Tab Augmentin 625mg BD
Tab Metrogyl 400mg TDS
Tab Diclomol BD
Tab Pan 40 OD
Tab Ketorol DT. SOS (in case of very severe pain)
Take all for 5 days
I would advise for extraction of upper last tooth
