Smoking leads to brownish stains on the teeth and even if u get whitening done ,stains will reappear again with smoking.Try to quit it and get scaling done.teeth bleaching can be done and it leads to minimal sensitivity temporarily in case if decayed teeth or abrasions or erosions are there in the teeth.
