I want to know the procedure, time period on first visit, exact fee with methodology used for teeth whitening in their respective clinic.

whitening in done in two ways ...In Office whitening and Home Bleaching
Secondly we have to see whether we are going for vital teeth bleaching or non vital teeth whitening ....treatment differs for that .
If you want exact cost and treatment duration , you have to share intra oral pictures as well , but still to answer your question , fee will be 10000 to 15000, if its a single non vital teeth then 3000 .For more information , if its fluoride staining then whitening wont be enough , then we have to veneering also ....direct or indirect , extra cost for that
