Yes you can replace or restore your lost structure by a artificial permanent screw based implants we say... But first of all it is necessary to do CBCT x-rays... And it's kind of a small surgery... And the implants we provide have different types and company Depending upon the charges, we have German made, American , or korean... I advise you can talk to dental specialists about it...
