Hi, To avoid tooth pain you have to keep your teeth clean. Whatever we eat gets deposited on teeth leading to plaque & calculus formation. Calculus leads to decay, pain and loosening of teeth. So brushing twice a day with soft brush and mouthwash is best oral hygiene practice. Also visit a dentist for scaling and oral examination for pain in your teeth. Take care.
