After tooth cleaning treatment gray brownish colour dot appears on teeth,please suggest permanent solution

Once scaling is done properly and maintained by proper brushing techniques than problem doesn't come again for atleast 1 year.Avoid excessive use of tea , coffee or Tobacco in any form.
