Review the surrounding gum area of the tooth where you ate something hard . If it is red and bleeds upon pressing it is a gum issue . Apply Tan x on the affected area 3 times a day for 5 days . Apply the gel with a earbud and leave it for at least half hour do not eat anything after application for sometime. If the pain is more specific and you feel it is definitely tooth pain then have a painkiller - Tablet Ketorol Dt 2 tablets to start with and then after that one tablet each after 6 hours . So effectively 3 times a day for 3 days . This tablet needs to be had in half glass of water as it is a dissolving tablet.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist for review after lockdown is over .
Health Tips
Avoid having hard substances in big bites . Always break them into small bits and eat .
