I am experiencing tooth pain and see a black thing on my tooth as seen in turn a picture, is it cavity? Is there anything I can do to cure that?

Yes it is cavity and treatment should be taken asap. Also wisdom tooth on lower jaw is not in correct position. Upper teeth are not alligned. Need to correct them.
