The clinical description mentioned by you definitely points out towards a need of definite treatment..... medicinal therapy or local home remedies  can only provide symptomatic and/or temporary relief...... please visit your dentist soon before the problem aggravates further.... Regards....

Dear patient,  Mild toothache indicates that the decay is close to the pulp ( nerve and blood centre of the tooth).  Temporary relief can be got using pain killers but for a complete and permanent  solution to the problem it is best to visit your nearby dentist and take his opinion. An x ray will be taken by the doctor who will then further guide you for the treatment necessary.

Dear patient, If the pain is mild, it's better you visit the dentist soon. As the problem might increase if ignored. No home remedy will be advised as we do not know what problem you have. Toothache, mild or severe, can be because of many reasons. So visit a dentist nearby and get this problem solved. Good Luck. De Cure Multispeciality Dental Clinic, Kalkaji, Delhi.
