Start rinsing with lukewarm water and salt in it about 4-5 times daily,,you can take tablet paracetamol-650 mg for pain,but remember no more medicine than this and consult your gynaecologist asap. Also avoid chewing hard food from that side.
Pain or swelling in gums is normal in pregnancy as it is induce by hormonal chances during pregnancy
