Tooth pain after extraction post 3 days
Its already been 3 days i got my root pieces of 2 molars extracted. Have been taking 3 enzoflam daily for the last 3 days. Today is rth day on enzoflam but still it is paining now that its 6 hours past my last enzo dose. How long will i have to take painkillers?? Pain starts in 6-7 hours

Must have been a difficult extraction,take today's dose and tomorrow visit ur dentist first so that he will evaluate thee healing of wound.

Start luke warm salt gargle. Consult doctor since it might be the case of dry socket though symptoms doesnt suggest that. Start gargle 4-5 times a day. Take antibiotics for 3 days by consulting your dentist.(if not prescribed)

Mild to moderate post operative discomfort can be expected after any extraction procedure. It takes approximately 5 to 7 days for the initial healing to get over.
But if you have too much pain you can consult your dentist for a proper clinical evaluation if there are any other secondary factors of your pain. It will not be prudent to give a rational opinion without that. It is also very important to follow the instructions given by a dentist meticulously. Warm saline gargles multiple times in a day can be effective.
