Tooth extraction
Today I had my upper 4 th teeth extraction.(it was half itself fallen so extracted whole).but Dr only gave paracetamol tab..I am having severe pain still aftr 8 hrs and little bleed.plz suggest medicine

Did you remove the cotton placed in the extracted socket after you came out of dental office?. R did you have any form of liquid with straw? Because all this will induce bleeding
After extrCtion you will have pain for 2-3 days

You can take this tablet for painrelief:Tab. Keterol DT - 2tabs in glass of water, dissolve n drink it. You can visit the doctor if bleeding doesn't stop.

Post extraction bleeding may happen due to few reasons like excessive spitting, drinking by straw, touching the wound with tongue or finger, unusual placement of gauze piece etc.
But as you are having hypertension , medicines for blood pressure usually contains Alpha-Blockers which makes blood to flow easily. But one question arise , did you follow the instructions given by your dentist?
Do not spit unnecessarily as it will create force and your socket will not heal. Do not eat hard and hot food or any hot liquid. Eat some ice cream . Have semi liquid diet for about a day or two.
Bleeding will surely surrender.
Take Tab. Dentaforce DT 10mg twice a day .
