I want to know that why tooth is extracted Into small small pieces and it's tip part is also extracted into small piece is it serious or not

NO it is not at all serious,,at times when the tooth breaks,,it is taken out in small pieces.

This really depends on the condition of the tooth which has been extracted. If the tooth is too decayed or damaged, it is usually not possible to remove it as a single piece. When force is applied to remove it, the tooth breaks into several pieces. This is very common and there is absolutely nothing to worry about here.
