Tooth extraction,
After tooth extraction, I got stitches, but after it pain gone worse, dr. Said I have ulCer, but next day he said that i have puss in their, he cleand it, but Now pain is unbearable what to do plz suggest me ASAP

First you should do xray or opg of your teeth, if tooth is fully extracted then you can take some precautions that is don't touch the affected area with your tongue. Go for tetanus injection, also use povidone iodine gargle three times a day, luke warm water with salt is also useful, if pus discharge seen then go to nearest dental clinic and excavate the area if fresh bood is appearing then pack the extracted area with gauze plus povidone iodine.

Pain after tooth extraction is normal, but prolonged pain is something which is not considered normal. Need to know few things (-) since how many days you are having pain? (-) Can you feel or see any swelling their?

(-) Visit dentist or video consult (-) Warm saline water rinses 3 to 4 times a days (-) Appy ice pack from outside the effected area (-) Eat soft food (-) Brush twice a day or use mouthwash twice a day (-) Maintaine good oral hygiene as much as you can

Their are many reasons for pain after extraction. like their is formation of dry socket, any tooth remnant etc. X ray is only diagnostic tool to know it.

How mant days up did u get it done?? May be of dry socket..and do u have any swelling?? Pain due to unhealed site ..

How many days it has been? Are the stitches still there? Also pictures and xray will help me understand the problem better.

Add one cap full ( 10ml ) of betadine gargle to one glass of warm salt water. Rinse your mouth thrice daily with the solution. It will help control infection.
