Paracetamol 650 will definitely provide some pain relief but not complete and more importantly, as you mentioned, the pain will come back after few hours. So we do not consider that as a treatment modality. Although you cannot be prescribed every painkiller or antibiotic which would have been very effective for other patients but still even for them, medications are only considered as temporary solutions for any dental problem. Please understand that the objective dental treatment to alleviate your symptoms can be done at your stage of pregnancy also. Please visit your dentist as soon as possible and discuss the case after a proper clinical examination. Alternatively you can consult a dentist on Practo also.
Next Steps
visitor dentist as soon as possible.
Health Tips
regular pain during the third trimester can be a cause of premature labour. please make sure to get some objective treatment done rather than relying on medications which have their own side effects.
