From last 1 week I have a tooth ache which is decayed having a big hole on it. Can you help. Last night the tooth pain was severe. The food get stuck in it

Pain due to cavity is because of irreversible pulp damage and infection to the tooth

consult dentist either online / offline to get the pain relieved
get appropriate treatment as soon as possible to save the tooth and prevent tooth to be removed out

Tooth ache will temporarily subside by taking few tablets. But will require treatment which includes either filling the tooth or extraction. Kindly visit nearest dentist or opt for online consultation on this platform for the same.
