Tooth Decay
My daughter is suffering from tooth decay. Her two tooths have deep holes in them which are filled with dark black material. And also her upper front two teeth have completely vanished. Pls suggest treatment. She was fond of bottle fedding while sleeping.

This is a form of Rampant Decay in children and bottle feeding (particularly night feeding) is a common cause for this. You must ensure adequate maintenance of her oral hygiene and take necessary care of her diet. She will need to be seen by a Pediatric Dentist.

Please go to a pedodontist, who will give u the correct treatment plan your child needs. Pulpectomy would be needed however do not get her treatment done by general dentist only a pedodontist will guide u correctly , also go for a fluoride application to avoid further decay.

This is called as nursing bottle caries . It happens when the child takes milk from bottles sply at night . As the left over milk is still there it causes rampant caries . Also first you should completely stop bottle feeding at night . Make sure she rinses her mouth before sleeping . Visit the dentist and get all the teeth filled . Incase you avoid filling or may be even tooth canals her coming permanent teeth will be affected

You need to take her to a pedodontist and initiate the treatment for her cavities as soon as possible. It seems that she is suffering from nursing bottle caries which causes faster decay to multiple teeth.
