Hlo.. I m sweety sharma.. I m 21,years old.. And at this age i am suffering from dental decay from 2 years.. I have visited doctor many times...can u help with this... Are there any natural remedies to stop dental decay...

Hloo mam, There are no such home remedies to prevent tooth decay If you have initial stage of tooth decay you should get them done so that they don't progress more And you have to keep your brushing regular and atleast twice a day for and you can also use mouth wash after  15 mint of brushing

Hi Sweety Sorry to say there is no remedy to stop tooth decay but it can be prevented by taking proper oral hygiene care. Brush twice daily.  At bedtime brushing is must. Wash your mouth after every feed Reduce intake of aerated drink, sweets,  chocolate.
