Can apple cider vinegar lead to tooth decay? Can I add apple cider vinegar for weight loss although I have add recurring dental issues and have decay prone teeth?

You can consume apple cider vinegar but make sur you drink plenty of water after that to dilute the acid in the mouth. You can also use a straw while having it in order to minimise contact with teeth

Apple cider vinegar if not diluted definitely is quite acidic to weaken the enamel structure of your teeth, which eventually becomes more prone to decay.
