My Daughter is 4 years old. she has severe teeth cavities but she is not experiencing any pain. as days passes its spreading to nearby tooths despite brushing and rinsing regularly.

The decay is a irreversible process. Unless, you get the decay removed and filling done, it will continue to spread.
