I am having tooth ache in one of the molars which has filling, refilling was done about 4 months ago

You are suffering of pulpitis i.e. swelling of nerve of tooth. For that you may have to go for root canal treatment for that tooth. Consult your dentist so that he can do the treatment that is needed.
