Tooth ache
Been having tooth ache that comes and goes since 3 days I think I need cavity filling. Can it be done through anaesthesia that puts me to sleep sleep for few mins while it is filled as i cannot bear even 1# pain

Of course local anaesthesia will be given and you won't feel Pain . But if you are very nervous and anxious ask your dentist about sedation which requires an anaesthetist . Since you have pain you may require an X-ray followed by root canal treatment .
