Tooth ache in filled tooth means further caries under it possibly.
Extraction site gum pain is common and in 5-7 days must become tolerable and if not you must go back and check on it.
Teeth whitening will vary depending on your needs and the cause of stains. Some go away with cleaning and some need special bleaching procedures.
