Tooth ach after RCT
I am 33 year old. I went for RCT for one tooth 3 months back but since last 2 week again I am having sensitivity and some times severe tooth-ach. I visited dentist again.he examined and took x-rays. According to him everything is normal and gave me antibiotics and pain killer for 3 days. He told me that if it doesn't help then he'll again go for RCT. Can you pls suggest me ? Pls find attached x-ray.

Sir root canal treatment seems to be fine I can see slight bone loss on the x ray and the sensitivity and pain might be due to that and you need to talk to your dentist and get a scaling done and if possible Lasers to that area

If it is in the same tooth then it suggests the tooth is still infected. Antibiotics only suppress the problem. You will require retreatment in that tooth.
