Too much sneezing
From last 3days i am continuously sneezing in the morning rather after i get up from my bed. After that my head gets heavy and i feel tired. Water runs through nose and my eyes also itches. I am not feeling any high temperature as of now.

I can understand your concern.
As of now you can take a tab. Monticope twice a day after food for 2 days.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Steam inhalation will help.
