I can understand your concern.
We need to see how it looks like to decide what to do. As of bow you can take a tab. Levocetrizine 5mg twice a day after food and apply any moisturiser.
See for two days if not then you can consult a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.

2.Tab Allegra 180 mg once daily after meals at night.
3.Tab Bandy plus once only ( Chew it ). One day only.
4.Tab MEDROL 16 mg once daily after meals.
5. Tab Zocon 150 mg once only. One day only.
6. Lacto calamine lotion for local application.
7. Cap Becosule Z once daily after meals.
Yr diagnosis may be General Urticaria. Nothing to worry.Consult Dermatologist.
