Your description of hair fall from all areas of scalp suggest that you are going through a phase of acute Telogen Effluvium where in you are experiencing global hair loss and thinning. This is usually brought on by poor lifestyle choices. I suggest you sleep early (at 10pm) and eat at regular intervals. You will need medications to stem the fall of hair. These can be given on prescription. If interested we can do on line consultation. Good luck.
