Too many thoughts
Many thoughts and start to work but not able to complete anything... Lasyness also more... Mind is working fine but body is not supporting to do anything... Please give me practical solutions...

1 write down every thought you want to work on putting them on paper will save more energy in mind to complete them. 2 follow two minute rule that is if any thing takes less than two minutes to complete do it now. 3 do not expect to complete all the tasks in early days rather observe the ratio of your success you achieve each day. Feeling exhausted can be temporary symptoms of anxiety which may reduce as you start achieving your goals. If symptoms persist than you can contact some Psychologist or psychiatrist.
