Hi doc, I am having pain Too left middle region of head ache every 15 mins ache , slite pinching pain . please help me out what to do.

How long? Take a deep breath as most headaches are medically managed. You might need to do some exercises as a routine and relaxation therapy. Avoid too much mobile. Sos painkillers If still issues consult. Thanks
